I came to product the long way. 25 years in tech, more than a decade in the WordPress plugin ecosystem. Seven years leading support at MailPoet, through its acquisition by Automattic/WooCommerce, feeding customer insight into the roadmap. Ten overlapping years at GravityKit, triaging 30+ plugins and writing specs and mockups. Most recently, product at Octane AI, where I led the AI-native redesign of a Quiz editor used by thousands of Shopify brands.
