I’m a customer-driven Project Manager and Support Lead with hands-on experience supporting, managing, and improving complex WordPress plugins, especially within the Gravity Forms ecosystem. At GravityKit, I wore multiple hats across product development, support operations, and user advocacy. I’ve helped triage and prioritize development work, plan releases, create mockups for new features, and bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. On the support side, I led technical troubleshooting efforts, communicated directly with customers, created detailed documentation, and ensured users felt heard and supported. I’m passionate about building products that solve real problems, and I believe that the best software comes from listening carefully to users and translating those needs into focused, actionable development. Looking for opportunities where I can bring together technical understanding, project management skills, and a deep commitment to customer experience.
